Job description
The
HRM team is the key advisor and facilitator for all staff related
issues. The HRM team develops and executes staff related policies and
processes and safeguard effective and efficient staff administration
and management information. The team includes an HRM-unit and a
Training & Development-unit and is managed by the HRM Director. The
HRM-unit consists of 3 HR Consultants, 1 Manager HR Operations, 4 HR
Officers, 1 Recruiter, 1 Senior HR Assistant and 3 HR Assistants. The
Training & Development-unit consists of a Manager and 8 (Senior)
Trainers.
As Human Resource Assistant you:
- report
directly to the Manager HR Operations, however priority setting is done
in cooperation with the Senior HR Assistant who’s also responsible for
coaching
- safeguard and execute the HRM administrative processes in line with social law and the labour conditions
- support
the HR Officers, inform staff on labour conditions, conduct HR-related
correspondence and ensure timely and correct registration of all
relevant staff information in the personnel system and files
Requirements
intermediate or higher vocational education (MBO/HBO) think and work level, preferable in Personnel & Organisation
1-2 years experience in administrative HRM position
good working knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities in a service oriented environment
affinity with personnel information systems
native Dutch and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
you are accurate and concerned to provide a prompt, efficient and personalized service to internal and external clients
you are able to set clear priorities
you communicate (both written and oral) in a clear, effective and readily understood way
you are flexible, enthusiastic and committed and you work well with others
you are pro active and self-starting and also able to get results in time
