For the School-examination

Tell me which ideotic government would create a site based on php and would make the server under Windows? Just Guess ours the Bulgarian ministry of Science and Knowledge has started a new site dedicated to helping graduating school pupils with the Future School-examination they have to make. It's pretty easy to see that just observe: jericho% telnet zamaturite.bg 80 Trying 212.122.183.208... Connected to zamaturite.bg. Escape character is '^]'. HEAD / HTTP/1.0 HTTP/1.1 200 OK Connection: close Expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT Date: Wed, 30 Jan 2008 19:10:18 GMT Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Server: Apache/2.2.6 (Win32) PHP/5.2.5 X-Powered-By: PHP/5.2.5 Set-Cookie: PHPSESSID=fn5jtjbet7clrapi0a5e5kgvt7; path=/ Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0 Pragma: no-cache Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100 Connection closed by foreign host. jericho% Just great our government spend money on buying proprietary software OS to run a Free Software based solution. This example is pretty examplary of what our country looks like. Sad ...

Useful BSD tips

I have collected a bunch of useful bsd tips stored into files they can be seen here Also something very precious as tips is the wiki of gongoputch (a kewl guy hanging around on irc.freenode.net ##freebsd). Here is the Wiki too bsdtips . Now about my day a normal day like everyday more or less :). I have fasted and prayed for 3 days only on water I feel really good now. I have to fast again soon. Weakening the flesh definetely enpowers The Spirit! :). I was very nicely surpriced today when I went to the Stephanie's office (Our teacher from Holland) and find out that I have passed the HRQM exam with 4.5 ! As usually I prayed before the exam trusting on the Lord's guidance and help and he led me and helped me! Blessed be the God of Israel :) For his mercies to me (like to everybody on earth :) are countless. Today I found Classic.Games.Collection.1982-1987 and I intend to walk through the games and have some fun :).

I went to the central market to buy Fish, well I think that's most of how my day passed. I haven't smoked today this is a big thing ! :) My finishing words would be "Bless The Lord, Oh my Soul for he forgives you all sins and tresspases". Blessed be The Lord of Hosts! :)

Lost the point to Live Again!

I decided to take a fasting journey. Death is something. This world is making me sick. Today I haven't been out the whole day. Servers and stuff work. Today I found there is a project which allows you to mount FreeBSD UFS filesystems under Windows Here is a link to the project fsndv . Also there is a an ext2 reading/writing proggie for Windows here is a link to it fs-driver . I have reported two freebsd bugs to the freebsd "send pr". I've googled around to check for top 100 arcade games and I overviewed them. It seems that I have played most of the games :) there is interesting site featuring most of the great games of the past klov

Geri's Birthday

The day before yesterday, I was in a pretty bad mood and decided to went out. I went to the Mino's coffee and accidently it happened that Geri a friend of mine had a birthday it was refreshing to spend some time with real people even thought I thought about all's behaviour and particularly "how hopocrity they are". I drinked two glasses of wine for which Miro (Geri's husband) said it smells like socks. Good heavens my nose was stalled. Yesterday I was out for a coffee with Lily :). The weekend was a sort of peaceful. Servers and everything runs fine thanks to the Lord! (ofcourse). I'll end the post with a quote from the bible through the small program called "verse". Here is the quote " "For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him..." II Chronicles 16:9 :)

Apache Benchmarking

They're few tools out there which are most common in use to do benchmarking and stess test on webservers. One of them "the most common one" is called "ab" or apache benchmark Check it out here another very common tool is called flood Check it here Flood seems to be the newer and most accurate tool to use for stress testing unfortunately it has one weakness. It only works with configuration file which is in xml format. So every time before you start it you have to generate a new xml file to suite your needs. Also a tool recommended to me in the #apache in the irc.freenode.net network is called "jmeter", it's located here . I personally didn't tested it because it uses Java as a back end. While googling around I also have stucked on this interesting project PHPSPEED although I wasn't able to test it looks like a promising test suite.

A great relax during the weekend

I tried to relax as much as possible in the weekend. Yesterday and today were a quiet days. I spend the time out with friends I Bino watched a film called "Halloween" it's a film of Rob Zombie a complete madness a psycho killer was going here and there killing ppl. The killer was cold like a rock. Yesterday Night I and Lily watched two series of a serial called "Sex and the City". Tomorrow is Monday again yacks :|. In the morning I was on a Liturgy, I can only say it's a great to be in God's joy, peace and loves. A man is able to catch the bliss of Heaven here on Earth through the Lord. Glory to The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit Now and Forever and Ever. I was on coffee today with Stelio and Stoyan. Later Stelio was my guese Plamenko the guitarist came home, this man is a blessing :) You can check his great guitar works in youtube on this address and also here Enkoy! :) In the evening I met Lily and I, Stelio and She ate in the Small Chinese Restaurant. I watched who preached against vaccination and also a BCC film on Levitation. The film on the topic of Levitation doesn't cost a peny, useless junk. In the film about the Bad sides Vaccination of vacination I learned some really bad things about vaccines. I wonder if God bless me someday with a family and children is it a good or bad thing to give them a vaccine shots.

Two shell scripts which may be of an interest to the audience

I've written two interesting shell scripts which may be of an interest the first checks if ping avaible to a specified host and if there isn't can be used to restart an adsl modem, so the adsl to reconnect to it's gateway over ppp. I've written this because everytime the BTK / BTC internet fails usually a modem restart is needed for the vpn tunnel over ppp between the adsl and the btc router to be reestablished. This script is supposed to be run on cron and if no internet logs into the adsl modem and restarts it logging about the restart into a file. You can check it out from here chk_net.sh . I've also written a small script which aim is to automate the adding of new virtual hosts into Apache on a Debian system it can be seen here . Hope this would be helpful to someone :) At least it would be for me :)

I'm urinating too often recently and it drives me mad. Also I'm a kind of lost I told Sasho about Torsion fields and stuff but he make a fun of that no matter I think that's a serious matter here is an interview with Nikolay Palushev that may be of an interest to the reader http://www.spiralata.net/kratko/articles.php?lng=bg&pg=128. Today I had English in the college pretty boring haven't had a lot of work I had to fix few binary permissions part of a postfix also delete some old backups and create a new samba share some mail server problems for few minutes I think that's all ... I hate this world so much everything is so useless and awful. I hope to meet God soon ...

Intesteresting sites on the topic of Free Energy

During the holidays I watched a film called "Free Energy" from what said in the film a significant improvements has been made in the sphere of Free Energy (alternative ways to receive energy without harming the nature). Here is a link to a site which claims everybody could assemble a special generator which works with just a little of naptha http://beinsa.info/. Also I've red there is a Christian group which claims they have a special generator which is receiving energy from the nowhere the group is called METHERNITHA check in google about it also it's interesting because this is somehow connected with the so called torsion fields and the torsion generator which is said also is able to extract energy from the vacuum. Here is a link to a firm's website claiming that it sells Torsion Generators http://www.demetra-geia.org/ .

The week

After 10 minutes I'll have Deutcsh lessons anyways I've caught some winter virus :) I'm having snots coughing and stuff. In Sunday I was on a Liturgy in the Church as usual. Yesterday was a quiet and peaceful day. Static came home and we installed Windows. Now I have Windows,Linux,FreeBSD on one machine. I'm surprised how well is Windows working. I'm eating a lot of garlic recently to stimulate my immune system. Yesterday I played some Warcraft III. Having Windows now gives me the opportunity to play some games which weren't working in wine. Well that's most of how my day passed. I went to see my grandma and she made me tea as always (her tea is awesome!). :)

The New Year

I'm still up here. On the New Year's eve I was on a party more than 35 ppl were there. All kind of ppls from Metalheads to Hip Hop maniacs, (ganja addicted) and ofcourse Ja (Rasta) fans. Almost the whole days I played Dune 2 (Great Game, I play with Harkonen :)). The New Year was normal. Nomen bringed a wine which costs 100.3 lv, the wine was good. Around this celebrities I started eating a lot and I'm on a way to get fat. BTC are terrible we don't have internet in the office now for almost 24 hours. This Winter is fierce. There are snowstorms around, and we even have a water regime. Yesterday I was out on a coffee with Lily :), it's a good thing that she is around.
