New Google Public DNS Service

Google are hitting the community with another interesting project.
Just recently Google have started a New Public DNS Service.
As it's explained in the Introducing Google Public DNS article.
The service could aim the end user with a faster DNS resolving service,
Basicly their DNS seems to be fetching routinely DNS records for all the domain
on the net (just imagine what kind of cluster system is required for that operation).
Google also claim that this new service could strengthen people's security, e.g.
DNS Spoofing tendts to be much more harder to achieve in order to spoof domain names.
All this sounds perfectly well, however in the same manner of security thought, it's interesting
Why haven't they mentioned the bad sides of using their public DNS?
It's pretty obvious that using their public DNS service could easily provide google with extra information about what kind of domains does people online resolve, that could even provide google with spoofing capabilities.
In other words everybody that would possibly use this service in the future could allow Google to spoof certain desired domains to point to a custom domain names.
Let's assume somebody would post some secret data which shouldn't be seen by ppl online, it's pretty simple for Google then to spoof the IP address to point to another modified copy of the domain.
I hope you got my thought.
As I said earlier another "evil" about the service is in the fact that probably Google would log what users tend to resolve.
I do value my anonymity online, so I don't want my resolved domains to be logged by a single corporation.
. I've tested the service and I would say the service is really light fast it prooved to be a bit faster than my personal local router BIND resolving service.
. In my personal view, this DNS public service along with all the rest
on the net controlled by millionaire corporations are simply efforts to more and more centralize the internet (set things in order) under the governance of a certain numbers of computer software/corporations
this I would say is against our basic human freedom and is putting the data online
more and more under control.
Everyone knows that the internet started as a project to connect people and extend their freedom,
anyhow this days things seems to turn around and people get more and more restricted/controlled day by day.
