True Romance
A friend of mine has pointed me to a
nice movie. Thus I'll post a few lines about it here as well.
True
Romance is a romantic crime, somehow
in the tradition of Pulp Fiction. It's a love story about a couple in love
who get married. The problem is the woman is a working as a call girl
since only 4 days. Her husband decided to pick up her stuff from the pimp,
and eventually kills him. He orders the hookers who witness the whole action scene and their pimp killing to pack up his wife's stuff, e.g. Alabama's stuff.
When he gets home, they find out that the hookers has passed to him a
suitcase full of cocaine. They therefore decide to live the place and go to
L.A. to shit the cocaine to some big fish (drug dealer). Things get really
messy when the owners of the "stolen", cocaine finds about who has stolen their
goods. Some sicilian mafia guys follow the young couple to L.A. just as
eventually the cops finds out about the cocaine by accident. Throughout the
movie there are s number of really violent scenes where the climax comes at
the end of movie, when Clarence and his wife Alabama try to sell the coke to a
an important hollywood director who turns to be involved into the cocaine business.
Right before the end of the movie a blood bath happens in a hotel where the Police
, the mafia as well as the film director guards start
shooting. Everybody gets killed where miraculously Alabama finds clarence
badly injured and helps him to get away from the hotel during the chaos that
emerged in the place. The movie is a real emerald, so I'm pretty sure you'll
love it!

Placing Google Adsense Ads to wordpress (Integrate adsense to your wordpress blog)
I'm experimenting with Google Adsense
recently. It's not such a big deal.
You're granted a special javascript code from google that is responsible for showing
up ads to your webpage. I was curious how to integrate this in my wordpress blog.
And looked for a plugin to do the job for me. First I tried:
Wordpress Advertising Manager
The plugin looked quite promising I tried it right away just to realize it's not working, e.g. not
showing ads at all! I found a forum post online, 4 months old of a guy who complaint about the same problem.
Therefore I decided to completely abandon my attempts with Wordpress Advertising Manager
I tried another one called:
Wordpress Easy Adsense
Luckily this plugin worked like a charm all I did was downloading the plugin placing it in

New version of skype 2.1.0.81 for Linux (Not working on Debian Unstable)
There seems to be a new version of
Skype for Linux.
This would be a joy for every linux enthusiast ... if only it had worked.
I've tested skype_static-2.0.0.72.tar.bz2 on Debian unstable and it prooved to crash
the same way the previous skype release was crashing. What ugly proprietary
software skype is! I truely hope some software as a good substitute for skype
will come along to free us from this evil proprietary software!

A nice Serbian movie worthy to see (Kad Porastem Bicu Kengur / When I grow up I'll be come a Kangaroo)
A friend of mine (Ceco), who happens
to be a big fan of Serbian Culture,
has suggested me a movie which is a really wonderful for a movie made on
the Balkans. The movie as you can read in the post tile is:
The movie is a commedy and has included an interesting approach to cinema,
thoughts of the actors playing a couple on a date are being exposed.
It's so funny to see how rediculous people can get in their thoughts :)
Watch it to figure out thebalkan man's dream to become a succesful kangaroo :)
I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it.
This days I've watched also several Russian movies. One of them is:
Beloe solntse pustyni , which even though is counted as a classical movie for Russian cinema was
somehow boring and a bit meaningless for me.
The other movie I've watched is called Neotpravlennoe Pisymo / The Unsent Letter
it's pretty decent for a Russian movie, even though I won't say it's in my
favourite cinema genre. Just in few words the movie is about a team of
researchers looking for a diamond deposit in Cyberia. After many months of
futile effors, they finally manage to find diamonds and proof a theory pointing
that there are golden mines in this part of Russia.
However the mother nature seems to be against them and out of nothing a huge
forest fire emerges. One of member of the researchers is unfortunate and
a burning tree smashes him while he is on his way in the fires. Another one
bruises his leg and hardly walks. After some time after he figured out he is
an obstacle for the other 2 members of the group to escape to the place
where rescue teams will be looking for them, he decides to run away and die
somewhere apart from the other woman and a man. Eventually only one member
of the expedition survives bearing with him a map of the exact place where
diamonds reside. Movie is not bad but it's not a definetely for anybody
who likes dynamic movies with a lot of action in between.

Download Nokia SIS Ultimate Pack Games
I've found a nice pack online
including many Nokia Smartphone games for symbian.
The SIS Pack is to be found on rapidshare. However downloading it from there was a
real pain in the ass. It took me a week and even more to be able to successfully download
the 6 parts of the Ultimate SIS Pack. Originally the pack includes 7 parts, however I
cannot download the 7th part of the pack.

How to search for files among Debian Packages with (apt-file)
Every now and then I had to look for

libnet.h . I had to consult some time ago the guys

Pidgin version (2.6.5-2) fix to can't login
to ICQ on Debian Unstable (Squeeze/Sid)
Since a week ago, I cannot
login to ICQ with my Pidgin (2.6.5-2). I use the
client on my Debian Unstable (Squeeze/Sid). I've tried looking for
a solution
in Uncle Google , but
unfortunately I couldn't find any resolution to my problems.
I found a couple of posts online stating about the problem one of
which was
testifying the same problem on Windows platform running
pidgin
I decided playing with pidgin's options and luckily I found the
fix:
Accounts -> Manage Accounts -> Modify -> Advanced
there it's necessary to tick the "Use Client Login" menu
And Hooray my ICQ with Pidgin works again!Praise the Lord!

The second movie is called Global Metal (2008) and is a sort of continuation of the first one.

Each of the forementioned musicians speaks about his attitude and vision on Metal
as a culture and it's development over the years as well as about his/her personal
Experience with metal fans during their huge metal tours aroud the world.
The movie includes also references to many infamous on a global scale metal bands
Which are large popular in their home countries and do a serious metal music.
Each of this band's philosophy and lyrical expression is largely centered around their culture.
This creates something new and unseen before in the metal scene and not to mention
does integrate the world in a better way. It's really shocking to see the metal scene in India, Indonesia, Japan, China etc.
It's almost incredible that metal music exists their and enjoys a good popularity
where culture is so different from the culture we have in Eastern Europe!
Well enough talk, take your time get to the nearest torrent or a metal shop and
look for that two titles. I guarantee you'll experience a couple of hours
of fun and nice music. Enjoy!

Enabling .cgi scripts to execute whenever invoked in Apache
I wanted to enable .cgi execution on

How to enable directory listing in apache
I created a new domain for pc-freak's exploit
collection
I faced a small issue in creating the new VirtualHost to have a proper directory
listing, cause by default directory listing on my FreeBSD running Apache 2.0.63
is disabled.
It's quite a common problem I've faced over the years of administration of
Apache Servers, everyting I had to enable directory listing for some domain
I had to check in Google again and again. I have to admit this is pretty boring.
Thus I decided to post the solution on my blog just in case if I have to enable
directory listing in the future. Here is the exact configuration directives:
enable_directory_listing_apache.cnf
That's it directory listing for someservername.com is already enabled. Cheers :)

Create Routine mirror copy of milw0rm & packetstorm exploits database
Few weeks ago, I've built a small
script and put it to
execute in cron in order to have an up2date local copy of
milw0rm. Ofcourse that's pretty handy for several reasons.
For example milw0rm may go down and the exploit database to be lost forever. This once happened with hack.co.za which ceased to exist several years ago, even though it has one of the greatest exploits database for it's time.
Luckily I did a copy of hack.co.za, knowing that it's gone

Anyways back to the main topic which was creating routine mirror
copy of milw0rm exploits database.
Here is the small script that needs to be setup on cron in order to have periodic copy of milw0rm exploits database.

as a Lord and Saviour and I love to read the bible every now and then
I found it a nice idea to have the Bible on my mobile phone.
After some research in uncle Google, I found the software that suits my mobile phone Nokia 9300i. The software is called
(SymbianBible): Bible Reader for Symbian OS Series 60 and 80
The software comes without a bible data file, thus requires you to download and place the bible data file to some location on your mobile phone.
Here is how to install:

2. Download Some Bible data file from your choice here

Playing Doom 2 on Nokia 9300i using C2Doom for S80
Few weeks ago, I was able to install and run properly
the wonderful oldschool game a favourite choice of every
computer geek there Doom 2 on my Nokia 9300i.
It took me a while until I was able to make the game work correctly
on this smartphone, well anyways.
Here is step by step explanation on how, I achieved in running the game
on the Nokia 9300i.
1. Download and install The c2doom file on your mobile
2. Download Doom 2's original WAD file
3. Copy the file to your mobile via bluetooth and store it somewhere
on your memory card or the main drive (The Communicator).
This should be it, Doom2's nokia program will automatically scan your mobile
phone drives and determine if doom's wad is available and if it's available
will automatically run the game with the found wad file.
I believe C2DOOM would support both Doom.wad
(to enable you play doom 1) and Doom2.wad to play (Doom 2).
I even tried C2Doom with the freedoom available WAD files,
unfortunately the game won't run with them.
It hangs right after loading the wad file. So playing freedoom via C2DOOM
is impossible at the present moment. Let's hope the future releases of the doom port for Nokia C2DOOM will support it as well.
Just to conclude the post, let me tell you that the game play and everything
is identical to the original PC DOOM 2 game. This is really awesome!
Even Doom 2's cheats like:
1. idkfa - grants you all the weapons
2. iddqd - grants you immortality
work in the game
The original download page of the Doom game port for Symbian is located here
Check it out for even more stuff, the website provides you with other valuable
cool stuff, like for example the Doom Music Player which
is able to play you doom's soundtrack

Fix Mplayer non working-controls "No bind found for key 'JOY_RIGHT'.-JOY_DOWN"
Since some time I'm facing issues
with non-working controls in mplayer.
It's pretty annoying. The last time I googled for a solution I couldn't find anything as a fix. Luckily this time I found the solution
