A Holiday Break
This whole week is a holiday (a break as they call it). Here the
semester is divided by two. The 1st part of the semester has
passed, right after the break there is an exam session. Our stream
is not going to have exams because we are loaded with few projects,
so I have to use that break to work on the projects. Today it was a
tough day, I haven't had almost anything to do except to read the
HR Scorecard textbook. We had a group meeting with Christine (a
girl from Indonesia) which is one of the group members, we
discussed a bit about what are we going to do next on the project,
it seems tomorrow we're not going to work on the project, so I have
to work on it alone. One of the most serious burdens right now is
my spiritual or emotional state. I experience deep grief all the
time. Quite often I cannot concentrate at all ... terrible thing I
don't know how long I'll be able to bear it .. Recently I come
across a interesting lists of movies which are of the "Cyberpunk"
genre. The two movies I watched are Johnny Mnemonic and Wargames
(1983), both I should say are terrific movies. Johny Mnemonic has
much to do with Cyberpunk than Wargames. In Johny Mnemonic the
action happens in the near future in year 2020. People has started
to take body implants on a mass scale. The main hero Keano Reeves
is a data smuggler, he moves around smuggled data around citys
through a chip which allows temporary the data to be stored on
Johny's brain. Definitly the movie is a must see movie! So watch
it. The other one wargames is about a young whizkid a primitive
hacker who accidently breaks into a Government computer which was
builded as a device to provide the USA government with a defence
simulation of the possible attacks that russians may raise against
the USA. The movie is another must see movie so I strongly
recommend it, just see it. An interesting band I encountered on the
TV is called "A tears for Fears". I came across the band accidently
while being on the kitchen on the 3rd floor having dinner. A song
of the band was played on TMF (the Netherlands Official Music TV).
The song I encountered on TV and which totally obsessed me is the
song which most of the ppl on my age has heard it's the hit song
"Shout" :). I've checked in youtube about the band I found another
really craze song called "Mad World". It seems the bands greetest
and famoust album is called "Songs from the big Chair". Just to
complete my post I have to say quite often I suffer physically, I
won't enter into details ... Well it's not all black there is also
good, The servers I administer are running fine. That's thanks to
God of course. Here in the Netherlands I started eating a lot. I'm
sort of starting to become a pig like, a consumer like most of the
ppl around ... It's a hellish thing to be really. I'm constantly
thinking what I want and I sometimes think what I really want is to
have a real family good friends that I may share my free time with
and a girl to love me (a job, food) the simple things, the other
thing I really want is to know God and be really close to him and
be perfect. I really don't want to see world's suffering and my
suffering all the time .. Just to conclude all of aboveL "Oh Lord
