Comment on Christ is Risen Eastern Orthodox Resurrection Paschal Greeting in Different Languages by stan.
hello,
as I searched for iconography of Jesus' resurrection. I noticed that often Jesus is holding the hands of two Saints – Mary and Peter? As a Western protestant the imagery is unfamiliar and I could find nothing describing it – likely becuase it's just a known in the Orthodox Church?
