This is interesting in that it seems like there are 2 Saints with the same name from Bulgaria celebrated on the same day. The one whose relics are in Romania is depicted as a young girl in icons as she died at 12 years of age. The reliquary is small like it was for a child. If you ever read the life of the Holy Martyr Saint Filofthea and visit her relics in Curtea de Arges it will confirm this.
